uilding on our 30-year history, you will lead our well-established Ecology team in Western Australia and help write the next chapter from our Perth office conveniently and centrally located on the South Perth Esplanade.
W
ith the opportunity to lead, grow, and diversify Umwelt's ecological work profile and ecological services in Western Australia, you will work collaboratively with our National Ecology Leader and WA Regional Manager on the development and implementation of your strategy to maintain and enhance our reputation in WA and across the nation.

s a genuine values-based leader, you will manage and drive a strong team of skilled and passionate Ecologists, inspiring them to continue to deliver quality projects and outcomes, providing leadership in a manner consistent with our values. In consultation with other relevant managers, you will be responsible for the management of resources for the delivery of Umwelt's ecology projects and services in Western Australia.

e are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Ecology Manager who has:

- degree or post graduate qualification in environmental science, botany, zoology, environmental management, or other related discipline. P
- revious relevant team leadership and/or management experience in a consultancy environment. E
- xcellent relevant technical leadership skills, including strong peer review abilities. S
- trong understanding of business functions and relevant KPIs for success. S
- trong knowledge of relevant legislation/policies/guidelines. I
- nclusive leader with the ability to relate to employees and key stakeholders at all levels and place a priority on building and developing a team and peers. D
- emonstrated excellence in building strong and trusted relationships with clients. D
