The Role
* Prepare and serve fresh, nutritious meals for students, staff and guests in Canopy café and the boarding kitchen
* Work alongside a dedicated team to deliver high-quality catering for school events and functions as required
* Help create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with students, staff and guests
* Maintain food safety standards and a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
About you
As a qualified chef you may be early in your career or be experienced, either way you will demonstrate:
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Positive, service driven attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to follow direction and quickly change to varying priorities, while at the same time have the initiative to work well with limited direction
* A passion for creating great food and a welcoming environment

This is a full-time role. The role will initially be predominately across Monday to Friday during school term time, however rosters can vary across 7 days per week and are generally between the hours of 6am – 8pm. There is the potential for the right candidate to negotiate to work across the full year.
