We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Technician - Field. This position involves servicing customers in the field, requiring travel and spending multiple nights away from home.
The successful candidate will have a mechanical trade qualification, preferably with a diesel focus, enjoy troubleshooting, be solutions-oriented, adhere to a safety-first culture, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include managing workload independently, coordinating with supervisors, maintaining a service vehicle, communicating directly with customers, training and supporting colleagues, liaising with managers to support team goals, performing on-site servicing, preparing service reports, repairing and installing equipment as needed, and inspecting and testing products prior to dispatch.

1. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
2. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and updates.
3. Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Requirements
1. Trade qualified in mechanical and/or electrical fitting.
2. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
4. Ability to travel throughout the region.
