We're growing fast and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us scale our brand presence, drive campaign performance, and support our sales and customer engagement efforts.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This is a hands-on role owning day-to-day digital execution across B2B and B2C channels. It requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in campaign management, digital advertising, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, Planning & Execution
• Translate briefs into multi-channel marketing plans with clear budgets and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including audience targeting, bidding, scheduling, and tracking.
• Brief and coordinate with agencies/freelancers to ensure creative assets meet brand and platform specifications.
• Monitor campaign pacing and optimise for CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
Experimentation & Optimisation
• Run A/B tests across ads, creative, targeting, and messaging to improve performance.
• Maintain a testing backlog and document learnings to inform future campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
• Own campaign analytics and reporting using Zoho, GTM, and platform dashboards.
• Ensure accurate tracking through UTM standards and pixel integrations.
• Monitor funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, LTV) and recommend data-driven actions.
Market & Competitor Insights
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
B2B & B2C Marketing
• Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns, email nurture journeys, and referral programs.
• Coordinate influencer content, paid social ads, and sponsorships to boost brand visibility.
• Manage marketing lists in compliance with privacy and consent requirements.
Sales Enablement & Alignment
• Produce campaign assets to support sales initiatives and promotions.
• Align with Sales on MQL criteria, lead handover processes, and conversion tracking.
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads and Meta).
• Confident with budgets, pacing and optimisation to CPA/ROAS goals.
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign tracking, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in Zoho preferred but not essential.
