They are currently seeking a full-time Logistics Administrator to step into a pivotal role managing freight coordination, documentation compliance, and logistics systems across both domestic and international supply chains. Your new role
* Use a forklift to help move goods and support the workshop when needed (training will be provided if you're not certified yet)
* Keep digital records for asset tracking, warranties, and reporting using platforms like SharePoint and Fiix
* Fill out extra paperwork as needed for import/export requirements or special freight applications
* Make sure all shipping paperwork and compliance documents are complete and meet contract standards
* Handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries, making sure everything is logged, packed, tracked, and arrives on time
* Book local and international shipments with freight providers and ensure goods are packed and labelled correctly
What you'll need to succeed
* Australian Citizen - ESSENTIAL
* Experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain operations is desirable but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
* Familiarity with customs documentation and international shipping processes.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Strong administrative skills
* Defence Security Clearance (Willingness to Obtain in future)
