What We're Looking For
* Experience in real estate, property administration, or customer service (preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) and social media.
* Enthusiastic, professional, and self-driven attitude.

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Undertaking sales tasks relating to the sale of properties including prospecting, conducting appraisals, listings, open for inspections, and supporting auctions, assisting with setup, buyer registration, and the post auction processes.
* Preparing listing documents, proposals, marketing materials, and vendor updates.
* Providing guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property.
* Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
* Coordinating and attending inspections, including buyer appointments, open homes, photography sessions, and pre settlement checks.
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our CRM systems.
* Promoting sales through advertising, open homes and listing services.
* Attending all training and meetings to remain compliant and knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
