Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Grower in daily growing operations and room inspections to ensure optimal growing conditions.
* Monitor and record growing conditions including temperature, humidity, and airflow to support crop monitoring and yield performance.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in all work areas to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
1. A strong understanding of horticulture principles and practices is essential for this role.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required to work closely with the Head Grower, Harvest Supervisors, and the wider team.
3. The ability to record and report data accurately is crucial for crop monitoring and yield performance.
