Job Overview
The Program Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of the Automotive Gateway to Industry Schools Program (GISP). This position supports the successful execution of program activities, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
* Coordinate program activities, including student engagement sessions, events, and industry showcases
* Deliver events and meetings, including scheduling, venue bookings, catering, and stakeholder communications
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and program updates
* Support data collection and evaluation activities
* Develop and format program resources, guides, and promotional materials
* Communicate with stakeholders via email and content coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
