About the Role
* Job Description: Our team member is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Implement our CLASS selling steps to create an exceptional customer experience.
o Assist in achieving strong sales performance in line with store goals.
o Support the Store Manager to complete product moves to support sales.
o Execute daily store standards in line with VM standards guide.
o Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and features and benefits using our product guide.
