In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for returning people to work and health using your Workers Compensation expertise, empathy, and relationship-building skills. You will develop strong stakeholder relationships and manage claims effectively.About the roleManaging a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate or government clients.Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to meet Allianz’s service principles.Assessing liability and treatment requests promptly.Documenting claims decisions appropriately.Utilising claims management systems efficiently.Developing and implementing claims strategies for positive outcomes.Meeting compliance and performance targets.Coaching and supporting newer team members.About youExperience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or in personal injury lines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complex issues promptly.Proactive with a desire to learn and develop skills.Strong time management skills and adaptability to change.
