Technical Solution Designer Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Designer to fill this challenging role. As a Technical Solution Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to solve our customers' unique problems within the Federal Government space.
The role involves identifying, designing and articulating software solutions, ranging from commercial off-the-shelf products to bespoke systems. You will also evaluate technologies, produce high-level designs and documentation, and support business development efforts by crafting compelling technical solutions.
You will have strong IT knowledge, including software, infrastructure, and current technologies. Excellent communication and analysis skills are also essential, as well as experience with Agile, Waterfall, and other software development approaches.
Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, designing and documenting solutions, selecting and recommending technologies, supporting implementation and collaboration, and ensuring quality, security and improvement.
* Broad IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of software, infrastructure, and current technologies.
* Technical Solutioning: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and author responses to market tenders.
* Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and other software development approaches.
* Strong Communication & Analysis: Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
