Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administration Officer to provide exceptional support to our office hub. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for consumers and visitors at reception and over the phone, providing welcoming and professional front-of-house services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high quality administrative services, including prioritising work, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and engaging effectively with a wide diversity of people.
* Provide strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a front-of-house or consumer-facing role.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in administration and/or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing demands and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
