Store Leadership Opportunity
Our team is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
* Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
* Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise losses
* Analyse sales data and customer trends to develop and execute targeted marketing and promotional activities
* Foster a positive and engaging store environment that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business
* Liaise with the head office team to support the overall business objectives and strategic initiatives
* Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods industry
* Experience in any retail management role is acceptable
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing staff and driving high performance
* Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of data-driven decision making
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
