**Category Development Analyst**
Are you interested in a role that delivers a differentiated offer that will delight our customers, enabled through data led insights. The role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and ranging decisions across our business while embedding ranging tools and processes
**What you'll do**:
- Derive data led insights and build robust models and frameworks to support the delivery of customer-led propositions and range strategy 
- Identify opportunities through structured analysis and problem solving across different analytical tools; including customer behaviour, market trends, category performance, pricing, supplier dynamics 
- Structuring problems and defining the plans of action to prioritise and solve them 
- Consult and collaborate confidently with stakeholders across the business to achieve desired outcomes

Ideally you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in relevant roles e.g category analyst, category executive, strategy or business analyst 
- Understands the FMCG industry and commercial processes of Woolworths and Suppliers
