Pet Care Service Manager
The Pet Care Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of pet aftercare services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collection of pets from veterinary clinics according to daily and weekly schedules.
* Urgent pet collections, with timely communication to the team.
* Maintenance of high-level customer service standards with Veterinary Owners and Practice Managers.
* Investigation and resolution of client complaints in a satisfactory manner.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
* Communication with Client Care and Relationship teams regarding vet or client information.
* Participation in team meetings as required.
* Support to other Service Managers with pet loading and unloading tasks.
Administration:
* Pet identification, accurate weights, and information management.
* Client payments via cash, cheque, or credit card transactions.
* Accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
Systems & Standards:
* Maintenance of high cleanliness and order standards in warehouse and freezer facilities.
* Adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Vehicle maintenance and detailing according to company standards.
Personal Development:
* Work practice management for demanding tasks over sustained periods.
* Continuous professional development in the role.
