Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide support to the Cement Sales team. This role involves managing administration workflows, preparing sales orders, and facilitating order delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Preparation and Processing: Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, receipts, contracts, and supply orders.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Daily liaison with internal stakeholders to facilitate order delivery, invoice payment, and inventory management.
* Pricing and Data Management: Verify and implement pricing, discount, rebate, and payment arrangements in Oracle. Track, update, and maintain master data in systems (Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ, Weighbridge, and Gtick).
* Reconciliation and Accounting: Reconciliation of invoices and transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
* Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer disputes, order discrepancies, and product returns. Collaborate with the collector and accounts payable to facilitate collections and invoice payments.
* Logistics and Inventory Management: Work with the logistics team to monitor order fulfillment and stock availability.
Requirements:
* Administration Experience: Demonstrated administration experience in a manufacturing, logistics, and sales environment.
* Business Acumen: Any experience in B2B sales environments will be highly regarded.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
* Team Player: Team player with strong analytical skills.
