About the Role
If you enjoy variety, working outdoors, and taking pride in the quality of your workmanship, this role is for you.
You'll carry out preventative and corrective maintenance across our sites, including:
* Building repairs: carpentry, plastering, painting, minor plumbing and general tasks
* Lawn care: mowing, edging, brush cutting
* Garden upkeep: pruning, trimming, hedge shaping
* General maintenance: weed control, watering, blowing paths, site clean-ups
* Landscaping improvements: mulching, planting, garden bed refreshes
* Recording completed works using simple digital systems
* Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
* Assisting with furniture moves, classroom setups, and events
* Supporting larger projects such as renovations, playground upgrades and office fit-outs
* Providing friendly, helpful customer service to our teams and sites
About You
You're a hands-on, solutions-focused person who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You enjoy being on the move, working independently, and being part of a small, supportive team.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Experience in building repairs and general facility maintenance
* Confidence using hand and power tools
* Skills in lawn, garden, and grounds maintenance
* The ability to work autonomously and in a small team environment
* A strong commitment to safe work practices
* Physical capability to carry out manual tasks and move equipment
