The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our Kalgoorlie-based team on a part-time basis.
The Role
The Administration Officer plays a key role in managing the office environment; including document control, correspondence, processing invoices, taking meeting minutes, contract administration, filing and other general administrative/secretarial duties.
About You
* Proven experience in office administration/secretarial work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-developed organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and in a team
* Good computer literacy, incl. proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel
* An outgoing personality and professional integrity
* Current WA driver's licence
