Location: Tamworth, NSW
We're looking for a Casual Field Representative/Merchandiser to join our Retail Select Team, providing a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at Bunnings stores in the Tamworth region.
You'll work with our trusted brands Dulux, Selleys, Yates, and Cabots, to continue growing and winning in the marketplace.
As a valued member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements
Support, train, and deliver in-store projects
Act as an in-store ambassador for our business, building strong relationships with both Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams
Enable our sales teams to execute strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for consumers
Gain exposure to marketing fundamentals from the ground up

What We're Looking for
Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
