Our team is responsible for the platform that empowers our consultants and agents, leveraging Salesforce, to deliver a world class service experience. Working with business and product teams, BAs, engineering, and operations, you’ll help develop and manage this critical platform end-to-end.

Responsibilities
- You will own the teams product strategy and roadmap, leading and executing on new initiatives, and working with critical vendors.
- You will partner with digital and client service & support teams, understanding both customer and agent needs, analyse data, and find opportunities to constantly improve the platform to provide a world class experience.
What You Offer
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading product development end-to-end
- An ability to break down complex problems, with a passion for data, and driving outcomes
- A solid focus on the user experience and delivering features that our teams love to use
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant experience in CRM, client support platforms, or with Salesforce is valuable.
