The Opportunity
Ashurst is seeking a senior lawyer with 5+ years of M&A experience in the mining and energy sectors to join our market‐leading Brisbane Corporate Transactions team.
We are interested in hearing from people who have:
* 5+ years of commercial experience at a top‐tier or leading mid‐tier firm
* Strong experience in M&A, joint‐venture agreements and shareholder agreements within the energy, mining or infrastructure sectors
* Excellent technical and drafting skills with commercial insight
* Proactive, positive and energetic approach and commitment to excellence
