What you will bring to the team:
* Service Coordination Expertise: A solid grasp of planning and customer service operations.
* Leadership Skills: Experience managing planning or scheduling teams is highly valued.
* Clear Communication: Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
* Tech-Savviness: Comfortable learning new systems and processes; SAP experience is a plus.
* Software Proficiency: Confident using Word, Excel, and other planning tools.
