**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and organisational structures to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable changes that optimise resource utilisation.
- Work with clients to develop strategic plans that address their unique business challenges, ensuring alignment with their overarching goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their specific needs and guiding them through technology-driven transformations that add real value to their business.
- Assist clients in implementing approved recommendations, including revising workflows, redefining job functions, and issuing updated procedures and manuals to ensure smooth transitions.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions that maintain their competitive edge.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality consulting projects, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in management consulting, particularly within the IT industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business processes and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives and implementing strategic technology solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
