Rural aged care positions available in Blackall, QLD. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work within our 34 bed Residential Aged Care home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care, administering medication, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting assessments and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality patient care, meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of residents
* Administering medication as prescribed by medical professionals
* Reviewing and updating care plans to ensure they meet the individual needs of residents
* Conducting regular assessments to monitor resident health and well-being
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including medical professionals, family members and other healthcare providers
