Operations Manager
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, managing teams to meet targets and quality standards.
* Track rosters, on time performance, safety, and deliverables against benchmarks and standards.
* Provide daily management and support to team members by reviewing leave, conducting discipline, investigating, and managing performance.
About You
* You will have a high level of skill in troubleshooting, fault rectification, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance procedures on rail infrastructure.
* A high level of technical competence is required, along with the ability to undertake operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of track workers and road patrollers, directing them to achieve targets and due dates.
2. Direct and manage teams to meet quality standards.
