Customer Service Representative
This is a fast-paced job where being able to multitask and manage your time effectively is essential.
The ideal candidate will be focused on providing outstanding customer experiences, ensuring the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. You will be comfortable working alone as well as within a team, and be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing great customer service
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Receiving and processing customer transactions
* Managing cash and operating a Point-of-Sale system
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
About You & Your Skills
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends, and be comfortable standing for long periods of time and performing moderate to heavy lifting and reaching tasks.
