**The Business**:
An Australian born swimwear brand is looking for a superstar Executive Assistant to join their team. Depending on experience and business needs, there is the potential for this role to be a hybrid between an EA and Operations Manager positions
**The Role**:
Led by the founder, our clients team is a small and united one where everyone's work contributes to making a difference. As the EA, you will be coming on board as the Director's "right hand" and providing integral support in achieving business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily management of the Director's diary and scheduling of appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administration support of invoices and expense claims.
- Personal assistant to Director.
- Assisting internal stakeholders in documenting and maintaining processes and checklists.
- Daily interaction with both internal and external executives, assistants and contractors, including Customer Service and Website Developer teams - This includes CS escalation tickets and auditing and marking-up website bugs and updates
- Coordination of regular team meetings
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders and collateral for Company hosted events and productions such as Campaign Photoshoots & Launch Events under direction of director and marketing
- Assisting Event Manager and Director for larger productions with talent agencies
- Coordination of social activities for internal & external stakeholders
- Management of the general office and warehouse's maintenance and supplies. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sydney Office
- Organising and tracking imports and purchase orders from manufacturers and suppliers.
- New Employee Onboarding and Coordination Recruitment
**About you**:
- Previous years experience as an EA or PA
- Fashion/retail background ideal but not essential
- Tech savvy
- Advanced in Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Resourcefulness
- Strategic and logical
- Clear communication
