Due to internal staff movement, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Leasing & Community Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in driving occupancy, supporting members and creating a workplace experience that businesses genuinely enjoy being part of. This is a highly visible role combining leasing, customer service and front-of-house responsibilities. As the face of the business, you'll help prospective members find the right workspace solution while ensuring existing members continue to receive the premium, hospitality-led experience for which the organisation is known. Benefits: Beautiful Gold Coast office environment Parking provided Monday to Friday hours (8:30am - 5:00pm) Supportive and collaborative team culture Career development opportunities within a growing organisation The opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the local business community A rewarding role where no two days are the same The Job Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: Acting as the first point of contact for members, visitors and prospective clients, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience Managing reception duties including greeting guests, answering enquiries and ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are presented to a high standard Building strong relationships with members to ensure an exceptional customer experience Conducting tours and office inspections for prospective private office and coworking members Responding to sales enquiries in a timely, professional and consultative manner Preparing sales proposals and membership agreements for new members Managing leads, opportunities and customer relationships within the CRM Assisting with the management and presentation of the workspace environment Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors where required. You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Previous experience within a coworking, serviced office, commercial property leasing or property management environment Experience as a Leasing Manager, Community Manager, Workspace Coordinator or similar role will be highly regarded Strong client engagement & relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences A proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities How To Apply Join a business where people, community and exceptional service are at the heart of everything they do.
