Job Summary
In this pivotal Concierge role, you will be the welcoming face of Melbourne Connect's Superfloor. You will coordinate front‐of‐house services, support events and technology, and help connect diverse tenants, partners and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Provide warm, professional front‐of‐house service, greeting visitors, answering enquiries and guiding tenants and guests across the precinct.
* Manage Superfloor meeting and event spaces, including room set‐up, pack‐down, presentation standards and coordination with catering providers.
* Support digital room bookings, AV and Wi‐Fi access, acting as a subject‐matter expert for Superfloor systems.
* Process simple financial tasks, including customer payments, receipting and purchase‐order requisitions for events and Superfloor services.
* Contribute to precinct safety, communication and service improvement through incident reporting, FAQs updates and stakeholder relationship building.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in high‐quality customer service within hospitality, corporate reception, events or similar front‐facing environments, preferably with experience serving commercial clients.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly in a fast‐paced setting, using sound judgement to resolve issues and escalating when needed.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident engaging diverse stakeholders and handling sensitive enquiries professionally.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems, including room‐booking tools, basic AV equipment and Wi‐Fi troubleshooting.
* Experience in basic financial administration such as payments, receipting and purchase‐order processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Willingness to adapt working hours around event requirements and to undertake Fire Warden and First Aid training if required.
