Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team on the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture project. The successful candidate will support the project delivery teams with procurement and contract management of subcontract packages, cost forecasting, control and reporting, and assist with administration of the Head Contract requirements.
The project involves major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities to support Defence capability for the next 30 years. It consists of a program of works across three Department of Defence establishments.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the project delivery teams with procurement and contract management of subcontract packages;
* Manage cost forecasting, control and reporting;
* Assist with the administration of the Head Contract requirements.
Your Requirements
* Relevant experience in a contracting construction environment that engages various sub-contractors;
* Experience with large construction projects and local project exposure;
* Strong communication skills;
* Ability to prioritise tasks;
* Excellent attention to detail.
