About the Role
Join a high performing HR team on a 12‐month fixed term contract as a HR Business Partner supporting a large-scale operational business. This role focuses on employee relations, leadership coaching, industrial relations, and driving people initiatives within a fast‐paced blue‐collar environment.
Responsibilities
* HR Business Partnering: work closely with operational leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
* Employee Relations: Manage day‐to‐day employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, disciplinary matters, and coaching leaders through workplace issues.
* Enterprise Agreements & Industrial Relations: Support Enterprise Agreement negotiations and work collaboratively with the wider ER team on industrial relations matters.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive workplace culture across multiple operational sites.
* Coaching & Leadership Support: Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to leaders across people management, communication, and workforce challenges.
* HR Reporting & Compliance: Analyse HR metrics, identify trends, and ensure compliance with workplace legislation, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications

Requirements:
* Full driver's license.
* Multi‐site availability.
* Proven experience supporting blue‐collar workforces.
* Experience in ER and industrial relations matters.
Required Skills
You will possess strong stakeholder management skills, be a multi‐tasker, and have a proactive and solutions‐focused mindset. With experience supporting blue‐collar workforces and navigating ER and industrial relations matters, you will build credibility quickly and work collaboratively across all levels of the business.
Pay range and compensation package
We are offering an exciting 12‐month fixed term contract opportunity that is available immediately for the right candidate based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney paying $115,000 - $120,000 plus super plus car allowance.
