Private Tax Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the business forward.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our Directors and Partners, managing complex client engagements across a diverse portfolio of successful private clients.
* This includes supporting Partners and Directors in delivering high-quality services, focusing on private tax, accounting, and advisory needs for family offices, high net wealth individuals, and their private groups, as well as private companies and emerging growth businesses.
* You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their complete family succession and/or business needs, providing impactful and meaningful solutions.
* As a leader within engagements and client accounts, you will maintain and build senior-level relationships while taking on leadership roles within projects.
* Your focus will also be on creating a great people and client-centric experience, inspiring others to live our purpose and values, and coaching team members on engagements and formally as a Career Coach.

Your Qualifications
* Prior exposure advising Private clients on tax affairs within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
* A strong client focus and high attention to detail are critical to manage a diverse client base.
* Strong communication skills and experience in managing high net wealth clients are essential.
* Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approach.
* A relevant qualification, such as CA or equivalent, is required.
