POSITION OBJECTIVE:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. Your role will support the team in driving brand awareness, increasing occupancy rates, and generating revenue for our properties.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for administration of rates, contracts and customer service for local, retail, wholesale and inbound travel agents in addition to supporting the sales team operationally and administratively in the achievement of department's predetermined sales and revenue targets
- Liaising and communicating with guests, agents and various departments and Managers
- Coordinate with the reservations team and all functions plus the front office teams to ensure all rates and policies and procedures are kept up to date.
- Supporting the event & groups coordinator ensuring accuracy in group quotes and timelines
- Strong computer skills including excel and word and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with a natural sense for initiative, innovation and an ability to prioritise tasks
- Exceptional Communication Skills

Pay: From $60,000.12 per year
