Operations Manager
This is a leadership role that requires a high level of expertise in property management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, be able to coach and mentor their team members, and provide an exceptional level of service to clients.
The key responsibilities of this role include providing strong leadership, training team members, inspiring goal setting and planning, regularly reviewing performance, managing performance as required, and handling any complaint escalations professionally.
The successful candidate will have experience leading a team, exceptional people skills, and a good understanding of corporate presentation and dress. They will also be familiar with various Property Management programs and have a good level of computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership to the Property Management department and Administration department.
* Provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation.
* Cultivate a team environment where individuals feel valued, supported and motivated to grow and remain part of the organisation long-term.

* Experience working in Property Management is highly regarded.
