We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Workshop Foreman to lead our Service team.
This is an exciting chance for a seasoned Foreman or a highly competent Senior Technician ready to step up into a leadership position.

Proven technical expertise and diagnostic ability
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

A passion for maintaining exceptional workmanship and quality service
Attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure
A current open manual driver's licence
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee day-to-day workshop operations
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and compliance standards
Maintain quality control across all service and repair work
Conduct accurate diagnostics and road testing of vehicles
Provide technical support, guidance, and training to team members
Foster a positive, motivated, and safety-conscious workplace culture
