Job Title: Senior Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced administration professional to provide exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
* Manage the front desk reception, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
* Oversee roster management, employee compliance, and documentation processes.
* Ensure all home administration supplies and equipment are maintained and up-to-date.
* Record and manage expenses, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements For Success:
* Recent experience in an administration role, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge.
* Experience with rostering management and hiring processes is desirable.
* A caring and kind manner, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and their families.
* Experience using various systems, including quality management systems, internal databases, and Kronos payroll system is desirable.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Valid working rights in Australia and flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain) are essential.
* NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement) and Covid-19 vaccinations are required.
