The Role:
Big Pineapple is searching for cafe staff at varying levels of experience to join our team through our employment partner TRIBE Workforce. As a cafe team member you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, by guiding them through our fresh produce-driven food and coffee menu. Most of all we are looking for someone who's passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
The Responsibility
* Personalised and outstanding service to all guests.
* Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Set, clear and reset designated working areas
* Taking food and beverage orders.
* Preparing café style food items, coffees, milkshakes, and other menu items
* Delivery of exceptional and professional customer service
* Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery, as well as available food and beverage menu items.
* Ensure excellent standard of cleanliness and presentation of the cafe.
* Following all procedures, systems and checklist.
* Exceptional personal presentation.
