Landscape Gardening Foreman
Full-time | Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Gardening Foreman to take full responsibility for the daily delivery of landscape maintenance and installation works.
This role is suited to someone who operates with discipline, structure, and accountability, and who is comfortable being measured on outcomes, consistency, and standards rather than effort alone.
Role Overview
The Foreman is responsible for planning, leading, and executing daily works with minimal supervision. You will be expected to organise labour, manage time efficiently, maintain presentation standards, and ensure all work is completed correctly the first time.
This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain momentum across varied work scopes.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently plan and manage daily job schedules across maintenance and installation works
* Lead a small team, setting pace, standards, and expectations on site
* Perform and supervise all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation, including turfing, planting, pruning, irrigation works, edging, mulching, and site finishing
* Ensure all works are completed to specification, within allocated timeframes
* Monitor quality continuously and rectify issues immediately
* Maintain vehicles, tools, and machinery in clean, orderly, and serviceable condition
* Enforce site safety, procedures, and company systems without exception
* Accurately communicate progress, delays, and issues to management
Required Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience in landscape maintenance and installation
* Proven ability to supervise staff and manage work independently
* Strong job planning, time management, and prioritisation skills
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to follow systems, procedures, and specifications precisely
* Confidence holding team members accountable to standards
* White Card required
* Manual driver's licence required
