Physiotherapist - Work from Home + Onsite
* Permanent Part-Time opportunity: Minimum of 4 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Located in Cairns: Onsite locations in the Cairns region + work from home!
* Competitive Salary Package : $95K–$110K FTE (based on experience) + Super
We are looking for an engaging physiotherapist who has worked in a private practice or with musculoskeletal experience to join our team in Queensland providing occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services.
You’ll only need to be onsite for 4 hours each week. Outside of that, you can schedule your telehealth sessions whenever works best for you - lots of flexibility and plenty of work‑from‑home options!
This role is super flexible, and we’re happy to build the roster around what works for you.
Working across a range of clinics onsite in organisations, you will be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better. You won't be stuck in the same 4 walls of a clinic everyday - you will be out on the floor with workers, consulting with health and safety professionals and be actively involved in proactive initiatives in the workplace. Being a Physio at Axis allows you to use your interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills, without being hands on with patients all day AND still doing what you love but in a more sustainable way, that way you can be a Physio for many years to come.
In this role you will:
* Provide onsite Physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation to employees in the workplace
* Create & support innovative early intervention physiotherapy and wellbeing services for our customers
* Provide early intervention triage + injury management services via telehealth across the nation
* Closely consult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & health workforce
* Participate in and contribute to a strong team culture across the Axis team, both locally and interstate.
* Enhance Axis’ reputation as a market leader in providing onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
You will bring the following:
* Completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy
* Previous experience as a musculoskeletal or private practice Physiotherapist (at least 18 months)
* Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)
* Professional indemnity insurance
* Full Australian working rights
* Australian drivers license and access to your own private vehicle
