The Role
Join our dedicated Mental Health team, supporting hundreds of individuals across communities in New South Wales every year. As a Community Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering people living with mental illness through psychosocial rehabilitation.
Your mission? To help clients access the right supports, build confidence, and take steps toward recovery, independence, and full participation in their community.

Criteria
Cert IV Community Services or other relevant industry qualification and/or significant relevant experience
Current First Aid and CPR
Current Driver's Licence
Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach
Ability to follow established support work practices
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients
Ability to follow individual support plans
