We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager (Part-Time) to help us build and execute our go-to-market strategy and strengthening our brand
You’ll bring together strategy and execution to drive leads, elevate brand visibility, and ensure MicrotechDPS continues to be recognised for what we do best: empowering and protecting businesses through technology.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Sales, this role plays a pivotal part in aligning marketing and sales to drive commercial outcomes.
By bridging the gap between campaign execution and sales enablement, this role ensures marketing is positioned as a strategic, revenue-contributing function — not a cost centre.
As Marketing Manager, you will:
* Enable a measurable increase in inbound pipeline volume and velocity through targeted, data-informed campaigns
* Improve conversion outcomes and win rates by sharpening our brand positioning and supporting Sales with high-quality, customer-centric content
* Contribute to reduced sales cycle time through structured enablement tools, automation, and clear go-to-market messaging
* Drive vendor campaign value through coordinated co-marketing initiatives and two-way reporting on lead performance
* Elevate customer engagement and long-term trust across key markets through consistent, value-driven brand communication
* Support business expansion by building marketing infrastructure that can scale with MicrotechDPS as we grow into new markets and service areas
