Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Electrical Division: from day‐to‐day scheduling to managing electrical projects from concept to delivery, including coordination with in‐house trades
* Quote works of all sizes – from minor maintenance and reactive callouts and large‐scale tendered projects
* Track project progress, costs and compliance using our internal database system, SimPro
* Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in conjunction with our HSEQR Manager
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Lead, mentor, and grow your team
* Drive process improvement and division performance
What We're Looking For
* Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
* A current WA Electrical Nominee/Contractor License Holder, or a willingness to take the nominee's license
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician
* Data license with endorsement
* Experience in quoting and tendering, including government submissions
* Strong understanding of maintenance and construction project delivery
* Hands‐on leadership approach with excellent communication skills
* Experience managing apprentices
* Proficiency with SimPro is a bonus but not essential, safety management systems, and digital workflows
* Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
