About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Operations Manager to lead our site operations and play a critical role in the next phase of our growth.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role carries full responsibility for overseeing Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse & Logistics, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high service performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily site operations across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse & Distribution, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, improve yield, and strengthen overall operational excellence.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.
* Oversee the upcoming automation project, ensuring effective implementation, team engagement, and seamless integration into day-to-day operations.
* Monitor and analyse KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency, taking proactive action to address performance gaps.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, workplace health & safety legislation, and company policies, maintaining audit readiness at all times.
* Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the site.
About You
* Proven experience in operations management within food manufacturing.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and driving operational change.
* Experience with automation projects or technology-led process improvement is highly desirable.
* Hands‐on, pragmatic, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
