**Marketing Manager**
The group is on the hunt for a creative, proactive marketing manager to lead the development of these beautiful hospitality brands. You will be in the driver's seat looking after brand, PR, content and marketing events, campaigns and activations, working alongside a supportive team of experienced hospitality professionals.
This new position will play a pivotal role in the development of a marketing program especially in relation to social & digital media and web design for two exciting brands operating in Hospitality & Tourism and located in a state-of-the-art precinct.
We are seeking a part time Marketing Manager. This newly created role will support our range of businesses across the group.
Reporting to the Director and the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for analysing, reviewing and implementing the group marketing strategy that has been devised by the company. Including changes to the website, optimised to drive traffic, in order to drive revenue. Combining your knowledge of social & digital media marketing and blog preparation you will be performance focused delivering on key metrics and responsible for implementing our social media strategies and advertising projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Director to develop and implement the group marketing strategy.
- Delivering the group social media strategy
- Working with the Director to assist providing content
- Ensuring videos are created and posted on a regular basis as per calendar events.
- Managing social media accounts.
- Overseeing google analytics and AdWords.
- Developing strategies that increase the company's search engine rankings to assist our SEO program.
- Researching SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
- Monitoring daily performance metrics to support SEO strategy and performance.
- Conducting competitor analysis to identify weaknesses and seeking where opportunities may arise.
- Knowledge of the marketing landscape; an understanding of customer growth, consumer journey and promotion.
- Working in collaboration with senior management driving on-site initiatives developing engaging content.
- Keeping up to date with macroeconomic and industry related calendar events.
- Setting measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Monitoring performance metrics to understand SEO strategy.
- Content development and execution - strategically plan, create content for and manage social media channels, website and edm communications and build customer retention strategies including video, imagery and tone of voice.
- Strategic Marketing Partnerships - build strong relationships and work closely with brand partners to create recent and exciting marketing campaigns and events to drive the brands forward
- Audience Development - Lead successful campaigns for database growth to build a core marketing customer base that actively engages with our brands.
- Media and PR - Lead the relationship with key media and PR agency to ensure steady flow of coverage and exposure of the venues.
- Collateral - Development of promotional materials
- Powerful Insights Reporting - Provide advice and insights around marketing metrics such as google analytics, edm insights and social media reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- Three years of experience in marketing workplace preferably in Hospitality &
Tourism.
- Bachelor of Marketing or tertiary qualifications in a marketing-related field
- Understanding how effective sales funnel work.
- Knowledge of keyword research
- Social media marketing - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
- Comfortable analysing high volumes of data on a daily basis.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Proficiency with Canva and base level of design knowledge & content creation
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion would be considered an asset.
- Experience utilising Content Management Systems (WordPress), including keyword research tools, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, SEO copywriting and keyword tracking tools.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
