JV Recruitment has experienced increased demand for skilled Commercial Landscape Labourers across multiple long-term projects throughout the Gold Coast region, including suburbs such as Southport, Robina, Coomera, Burleigh Waters, Helensvale and surrounding areas.
We are partnering with one of the Gold Coast’s leading commercial landscaping contractors, delivering large-scale civil and landscape construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, ongoing work with a reputable company that values reliability, quality workmanship and team culture.
Experienced and dependable landscapers can expect 5–6 days per week, with overtime available. These roles offer genuine long-term potential, including pathways to permanent employment for the right candidates.
The Role You will be working alongside experienced Machine Operators and Site Supervisors on commercial landscape construction projects.
Duties may include:
* Landscape construction works including planting, turfing, paving, retaining walls, drainage and irrigation
* Timber works such as fencing and decking
* Basic formwork, boxing and concreting
* General site labouring and use of hand and power tools
* Assisting with site preparation and clean-up
What’s On Offer
* $35–$38 per hour + Super
* Daily Travel Allowance ($21.19 per day)
* Meal Allowance (paid on shifts over 9.5 hours)
* Overtime paid at time and a half and double-time rates
* Ongoing, consistent work
* Weekly pay — always on time
* Perm contract available
To Be Considered, You Must Have:
* White Card (Construction Induction Card)
* Minimum 12 months’ construction experience
* Background in civil or landscape construction
* Full Australian working rights
* Full PPE
* Reliable transport (highly desirable)
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Prior commercial landscaping experience is essential due to the nature of projects and the reputation of our client.
