About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to clients. As part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with expert strategists, designers, and developers to execute projects that drive commercial outcomes and measurable success.

* As the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining open communication channels.
* You will collaborate with business development managers and strategists to define, plan, and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
* The role involves managing project tasks through each sprint, updating the team at daily stand-ups, and following our unique production framework to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Responsibilities also include managing allocated budgets and timelines, as well as providing detailed project reports and portfolio updates to the management team.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, already using task management systems to capture and prioritize tasks. Your communication skills should be clear and concise, with the ability to deliver on your commitments.

* A background in budget management and financial accountability is essential, along with experience in project planning, scope writing, and functional spec development.
* You will have had exposure to sales or business development activities and possess high-level skills in calendar and meeting management, including setting agendas, allocating preparation time, and post-meeting tasks.
* Familiarity with project management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Slack, Keynote, Google Analytics, etc., is necessary. A willingness to learn and expand your skill set is also expected.
* You should have an understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices within the industry, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
* Lastly, you must be comfortable taking accountability for your decisions and actions, upholding the company's values of honesty, integrity, curiosity, collaboration, and teamwork.
