What you'll be doing
The purpose of this position is to ensure the Children's Hospital at Westmead (CHW) staff and other clients have appropriate stock, storage and distribution of goods. The Stores Team Leader/Customer Service Officer will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of the store's functions including:
* The provision of leadership and supervision of stores staff
* The ordering, receipting, storage, distribution and return of goods processed in and through the store
The role will also be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient processing of customer orders (stock, non-stock including online requisitions).
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Demonstrated experience in the Stores/Warehousing operations in a large complex facility, with a customer service focus.
* Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in the use of the Oracle System in inventory management or equivalent warehouse management system.
* Demonstrated problem solving ability, and initiative to establish priorities in a demanding service environment.
