genU is looking for experienced - Night Awake - Support Worker who can team up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential. You will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement.

What you'll do
* Support person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and working to achieve them;
* Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration;
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
* Administration duties and mandatory reporting
What you'll bring
* Certificate IV in Disability [CHC43121 or CHC43115]
* Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans
* Extensive experience working with challenging behaviours
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities
* Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity
* A valid drivers licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate);
