With business growth driving team expansion, they are open to training a Prestart Consultant with experience working for a project home builder.
The Opportunity
As a Prestart Consultant, you will take on a diverse role providing expert guidance and support throughout the Prestart process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery whilst providing a high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Manage the Prestart process with clients following the completion of all selections by the interior designer
* Explain and interpret plans to clients, including Site Plans and specific site features
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain and review quotes as required
* Coordinate drafting and the preparation and issue of final documentation
* Track and follow up on finance approvals to maintain project timelines
* Monitor council approvals and ensure timely completion
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and is motivated to build their career with a company they're proud to stand behind
* 2+ years of experience as a Prestart Consultant working for a custom home builder
* Candidates with 2+ years experience working for a project home builder or 5 considered
* Candidates with 5 years Client Liaison experience considered
* Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
* Ability to consistently meet project timeframes and deadlines
* Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
* Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
