The Role:
Step into a key leadership position as Gaming Supervisor, where you'll oversee and manage our gaming floor, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. What You'll Do:
* Supervise and manage gaming operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across our gaming floors.
* Motivate, mentor, and develop a team of gaming attendants and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
* Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a memorable time in our gaming venues.
* Oversee gaming floor operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Ensure all gaming activities meet legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe, fair, and secure environment for both staff and guests.
Mandatory Qualifications:
* RSA Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
* RSG Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
* CLO Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed gaming environment.
Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
